Afghanistan, July 29 -- Hundreds of demonstrators rallied outside the White House on Wednesday, calling for the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and urging the United States to comply with an International Criminal Court (ICC) arrest warrant issued against the Israeli leader.
According to Al Jazeera, protesters gathered in downtown Washington despite heavy rain and heightened security, waving Palestinian flags and carrying banners demanding accountability over Israel's military campaign in Gaza. The demonstration coincided with Netanyahu's visit to Washington for high-level talks with U.S. President Donald Trump.
