Afghanistan, Aug. 16 -- Pakistani TikToker Shamsoo Bibi, 28, who was known online by the names Ayesha and Gulemana, was shot dead by motorcycle-riding gunmen in Rawalpindi, while her 15-year-old sister was injured in the attack, police said.
The shooting took place on Friday afternoon, August 14, 2026, when Shamsoo Bibi was traveling with her sister and brother in a private vehicle in the Taxila area, according to Rawalpindi police. The attackers fled the scene after opening fire.
Police said Shamsoo's father has filed a complaint and an investigation is underway to determine the motive and identify those responsible for the killing.
