Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar has expressed deep concern over the presence of terrorist groups in Afghanistan, warning that the threat poses serious risks to regional stability. He was speaking at a meeting of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Contact Group on Afghanistan.
