Afghanistan, April 28 -- Pakistani strikes in Kunar province kill seven and injure 75, including women and children, as the death toll rises amid escalating border tensions.

At least seven people have been killed and 75 others injured after Pakistani strikes hit parts of Kunar, including the provincial capital Asadabad and Sarkano district, with the death toll rising as more victims are identified.

Officials at a government hospital in Asadabad confirmed that dozens of wounded, including women and children, were brought in for treatment, while emergency teams continue to respond to the situation.
