Afghanistan, April 8 -- Pakistan's prime minister said the U.S.-Iran ceasefire covers "everywhere," including Lebanon, though Israel later disputed that claim and excluded Lebanon.

Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on Wednesday that Iran, the United States and their allies had agreed to an immediate ceasefire, describing the move as a breakthrough after days of dangerous regional escalation.
