Afghanistan, Sept. 30 -- Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif told an Afghan woman journalist that Afghanistan was "not a good neighbour" when asked about Islamabad's changing position toward the Taliban and the deterioration of relations between the two countries.
The exchange took place in New York as the journalist, Nazeera Karimi, questioned Asif about Pakistan's earlier close relationship with the Taliban and Islamabad's current policy toward Afghanistan.
