Afghanistan, Aug. 19 -- Pakistan has declared Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Murree, and Haripur as safe zones, barring undocumented migrants, tightening visa enforcement, and banning SIM issuance and property transactions without legal status.
Pakistani authorities have announced that several major cities will be designated as "safe zones," where undocumented migrants will be barred from residence or settlement.
The decision was made during a meeting at the Capital Development Authority, attended by representatives of the Interior Ministry, the National Database and Registration Authority, the Federal Investigation Agency, and counterterrorism police.
