Afghanistan, Oct. 7 -- Over 900 people were killed in Pakistan during the past three months amid escalating militant violence and security operations, marking one of the deadliest periods recently.

Pakistan is witnessing an alarming surge in militant violence and counterterrorism operations, making 2025 one of the deadliest years in recent memory, according to a new report released by the Center for Research and Security Studies (CRSS) on Monday.
