Afghanistan, June 23 -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel has achieved significant military gains against Iran and Tehran-backed groups across the region, but warned that the confrontation is not over and that further challenges remain ahead.

Speaking to reserve officer cadets on Tuesday, Netanyahu said Israeli forces had inflicted substantial damage on Iran and its regional allies, describing the results as important achievements.
