Afghanistan, March 8 -- The military of Israel said it had carried out strikes on several Iranian fuel storage depots in Tehran, claiming the facilities were used to support military operations.
In a statement released Sunday, the Israel Defense Forces said Iranian forces had repeatedly used the fuel depots to supply military storage systems and logistical infrastructure linked to ongoing operations.
Iran's National Iranian Oil Refining and Distribution Company confirmed that a number of oil storage facilities in Tehran and Alborz Province had been targeted during the strikes.
