Afghanistan, May 11 -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the war with Iran will not end unless enriched uranium is removed from the country, stressing that Tehran's nuclear capabilities remain an ongoing security threat.

In an interview with CBS, Netanyahu said Iran still retains nuclear materials and enrichment sites, warning that "important work remains" to dismantle parts of its nuclear infrastructure.

He said the joint objective of the United States and Israel is to prevent Iran from rebuilding its nuclear programme, missile capabilities and regional proxy networks after recent military confrontations.
