Afghanistan, June 13 -- Senior Iranian officials say a proposed agreement between Iran and the United States is approaching its final stage, but stress that all commitments must be fully implemented before any deal can be considered complete.
Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Iran's parliamentary speaker, said on Friday that any commitments made under the anticipated agreement must be upheld without exception.
