Afghanistan, May 21 -- Iran said it is reviewing the latest US response to Tehran's proposal related to ongoing negotiations, as indirect contacts between Washington and Tehran continue through Pakistan.
According to Al Jazeera, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei said messages between the two sides have been exchanged several times based on Iran's 14-point proposal framework.
Baghaei said Tehran has received Washington's latest views and is currently examining the response. He made the remarks during the latest visit of Pakistani Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi to Tehran.
