Afghanistan, July 13 -- Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed on Sunday that it had struck two air bases in Kuwait hosting U.S. military assets, saying the attacks targeted fuel tankers, Patriot air defense systems and a strategic radar installation.
In a statement issued late Sunday, July 12, the IRGC said its aerospace forces targeted Ali Al Salem Air Base and Ahmad Al Jaber Air Base as part of the third phase of its military operation, which it calls "Eye for an Eye."
