Afghanistan, Nov. 13 -- The IAEA said it has lacked access to Iran's near-weapons-grade uranium for five months following U.S. and Israeli strikes on nuclear sites.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) says it has not had access to Iran's stockpile of near-weapons-grade uranium for the past five months, following U.S. and Israeli attacks on key nuclear facilities.

According to a confidential report cited by the Associated Press and shared with UN member states on Wednesday, the agency warned that immediate action is needed to restore monitoring and ensure transparency in Iran's nuclear activities.
