Afghanistan, Aug. 9 -- Former U.S. President Joe Biden's prostate cancer has spread beyond his bones and is causing significant pain, his son, Hunter Biden, said in a BBC interview, offering a new account of the 83-year-old former president's condition.
Hunter Biden told the BBC's Newsnight that his father's cancer had "spread, metastasized into his bones and further," describing the illness as painful and debilitating. Reuters reported the comments from the interview.
