Afghanistan, March 6 -- Hezbollah has deployed elite fighters to southern Lebanon near the border with Israel as the widening Middle East conflict fuels fears of a broader regional war.

As reported by Reuters on March 5, Hezbollah's Radwan force units were ordered to return to frontline areas to confront Israeli troops and block advancing tanks near the border.
