The World Health Organization (WHO) has reported that nearly 42,000 people in the Gaza Strip have suffered severe injuries since the outbreak of the war. According to its latest statement, one-quarter of the wounded are children.
The report highlights that more than 5,000 people have undergone amputations, while thousands suffer from critical injuries to their limbs, spine, brain, and extensive burns.
