Afghanistan, March 9 -- The European Union's representative in Afghanistan said Afghan women play a decisive and irreplaceable role in shaping the country's future.
Veronika Boskovic Pohar said on Sunday, marking International Women's Day, that empowering women economically is not only a matter of rights but also essential for Afghanistan's economic resilience.
She stressed in a message on X that strengthening women's participation in the economy is critical for long-term stability and sustainable development in the country.
