Afghanistan, July 17 -- China and Pakistan urged Iran and the United States to maintain the ceasefire and resume negotiations, calling diplomacy the only path to stability.
China and Pakistan have called on Iran and the United States to preserve the current ceasefire and return to political negotiations, stressing that diplomacy remains the most effective way to reduce tensions and prevent further instability in the Middle East.
