Afghanistan, May 13 -- Foreign ministers from the BRICS group are set to meet in New Delhi on Thursday under the shadow of the ongoing war involving Iran, Israel and the United States.

According to Reuters, the conflict is expected to test the bloc's ability to reach a unified position and issue a joint statement amid growing geopolitical divisions among member states.

Iranian media reported earlier this week that Abbas Araghchi will attend the meeting, where the regional conflict, trade cooperation and global security are expected to dominate discussions.
