Afghanistan, July 28 -- Two Afghan women are among a group of female students challenging the UK government's suspension of student visas for applicants from Afghanistan, Sudan, Cameroon and Myanmar, arguing that the policy unlawfully blocks genuine students from pursuing higher education in Britain.
The legal challenge comes after Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood announced an "emergency brake" on study visas for nationals of the four countries in March.
