Afghanistan, June 25 -- A French court has sentenced a 19-year-old Afghan man to 30 months in prison after convicting him of severe animal abuse and sexual acts involving livestock at an educational farm near the southern city of Marseille, French media reported.
The ruling was delivered Monday by a court in Aix-en-Provence. Judges also ordered the man's deportation from France after serving his sentence and placed his name on France's register of sexual and violent offenders.
