Afghanistan, July 27 -- Three women were wounded in a knife attack in northwest Paris on Monday, with two suffering serious injuries, French Interior Minister Laurent Nunez said, as police arrested a 31-year-old man at the scene.
The attack took place near Porte de Clichy at about 11:30 a.m. local time, according to Reuters, citing Nunez and French authorities. The suspect allegedly used two knives before being detained by an off-duty police officer who intervened during the incident.
