Afghanistan, July 3 -- Four members of the same family face felony charges in the US state of Ohio, in a case authorities described as among the worst child neglect they had encountered.

Authorities in the United States have removed 16 children from a home in the state of Ohio and charged four adults with child endangerment, in what prosecutors described as a developing investigation into severe neglect within a single family.
