Jammu, June 25 -- Share Tweet Share Sopore, June 25 (KNS): The Youth Innovation Foundation organised a menstrual health awareness workshop at Shah Rasool Memorial Welkin Educational Trust (SRM Welkin), Sopore, to promote menstrual hygiene, health awareness and break the stigma surrounding menstruation among adolescent girls. In a statement issued to KNS, the Foundation said the workshop was conducted by certified menstrual educators Sidrat Mehraj and Erneeb Zehra, who sensitised students about menstrual health, hygiene management, common myths and misconceptions, and the importance of adopting healthy menstrual practices.
