Jammu, April 27 -- As wild boars have created havoc in Chadoora and Sonawari areas of Kashmir valley , social activist and Chairman Jammu & Kashmir RTI Movement Dr Raja Muzaffar has appealed authorities especially Forest and Wildlife Minister to intervene
