Srinagar, April 11 -- Parts of Jammu and Kashmir are likely to witness thundershowers accompanied by gusty winds and hailstorm towards late afternoon or evening on Saturday, the Meteorological Centre Srinagar said.

An official of the MeT department told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) brief spells of light rain or thundershowers may occur at isolated places, primarily during the late afternoon or evening hours.

The weather is expected to remain largely dry on April 12, with only isolated light rain spells. Clear conditions are forecast for April 13 and 14, while scattered rain and thundershowers may return on April 16 and 17, the official added.
