New Delhi, Aug. 5 -- The Supreme Court will hear a plea regarding the restoration of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir on August 8, following a mention of the matter before the Chief Justice of India (CJI) on Tuesday.
The issue was raised by advocate Gopal Shankar Narayan before a bench headed by Justice B R Gavai. He informed the court that the matter is already listed for hearing on August 8 and requested that it not be removed from the list.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
