Srinagar, April 11 -- Demonstrating a proactive approach towards community engagement, Police in Pulwama organised a Public Darbar at Sangerwani under the chairmanship of SSP Pulwama Ms. Tanushree-IPS.

The darbar witnessed active participation from people of various villages who projected their grievances. Members of the Gujjar community, gearing up for their seasonal migration towards dhokas in the Namblan axis, raised issues regarding verification of their dhokas, for which SSP Pulwama assured timely completion of the process. Families of terror victims also highlighted concerns regarding pending SRO cases. SSP Pulwama assured that the matter will be taken up with higher authorities for early resolution.
