New Delhi, April 23 -- The Sports Ministry will organise a three-day 'Chintan Shivir' in Srinagar from Friday, with an aim to strengthen sports governance and youth development frameworks through enhanced Centre-State collaboration.
The event, which will conclude on Sunday, will be held at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Convention Centre (SKICC) and will be led by Union Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports Mansukh Mandaviya, along with Minister of State Raksha Khadse, official sources said.
"The Chintan Shivir will serve as a high-level platform for structured deliberations aimed at policy alignment and institutional convergence," a senior official told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS).
