On the directions of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, the Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Dr. Showkat Ahmad Bhat, along with his team and joint teams from the Municipal Council Kulgam, Traffic Police Kulgam, and Executive Police, on Saturday carried out a special drive in Kulgam town to ease traffic congestion.

Officials said that due to frequent traffic jams in the main town, the KMD old bus stand and Clock Tower park have now been designated as public parking zones.
