Srinagar, April 10 -- Vice Chancellor of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K), Prof Nazir Ahmad Ganai, has been selected for the prestigious Fulbright-Nehru International Education Administrators (FNIEA) Award for the year 2025-26, officials said on Friday.

The selection was announced by the United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF), placing Prof Ganai among a select group of Indian academic leaders for a high-level engagement with the US higher education system under the US government-sponsored Fulbright-Nehru programme, they said.
