Jammu, June 27 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jun 27 (KNS): The State Investigation Agency (SIA), Kashmir, on Saturday executed proclamation proceedings against an absconding accused in a cross-border narco-terror case linked to a Pakistan-based heroin smuggling network, officials said. The proceedings were carried out at the native residence of Bilal Shabir Awan, son of Shabir Ahmad Awan, a resident of Dildar in Karnah tehsil of Kupwara district. The action was taken in the presence of an Executive Magistrate and independent witnesses, as per directions of a competent court, they added.
