Srinagar, Sept. 19 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Women's Wing State President and MLA Habba Kadal Adv. Shameema Firdous Friday called on the authorities to ensure proper arrangements and adequate facilities at the shrine of Hazrat Shah Niyamatullah Qadri (RA) in light of the upcoming annual Urs Mubarak.
