Jammu, Jan. 5 -- Senior Divisional Commercial Manager (Sr DCM), Jammu, Uchit Singhal has been selected for the prestigious Ati Vishisht Rail Seva Puraskar (AVRSP) 2025 in recognition of his outstanding contribution to railway operations and passenger services during the year 2025.

According to a press release issued by Northern Railway, Jammu Division, the award will be conferred by the Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.

After the formation of the Jammu Division in 2025, Singhal assumed charge as Senior Divisional Commercial Manager on March 23, 2025. Under his leadership, the division witnessed notable improvements in passenger amenities, commercial operations and overall operational efficiency, the release said.
