Jammu, July 13 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Jul 13 (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir Cabinet Minister Sakina Itoo on Monday claimed she was prevented from visiting the Martyrs' Graveyard in Srinagar to pay tributes to the July 13 martyrs due to security restrictions. In a post on X, Itoo said she reached the graveyard at around 4.30 am along with Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Women's Wing provincial president Sabiya Qadri but was not allowed to enter. She alleged that heavy deployment of security forces and extensive barbed-wire barricading around the graveyard prevented them from accessing the site.
