Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education Sakeena Itoo today laid the foundation stone of Government Degree College (GDC) Mattan and new building for Primary Health Centre (PHC) Mattan, with an aim to expand access to higher education and better healthcare facilities to public, which form the core of Governance of present Government led by Omar Abdullah.
