Srinagar, Aug. 25 -- Minister for Health & Medical Education, School Education, Higher Education and Social Welfare, Sakeena Itoo Monday chaired a first-of-its-kind stakeholders' meeting on the burning issue of drug de-addiction across Jammu and Kashmir.
