Jammu, Nov. 4 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar, Nov 4 (KNS): Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Akshay Labroo on Wednesday inspected the construction of a Rs 9.90 crore school complex for children with hearing and speech impairments at Abhinandan Home, Solina, and directed officials to ensure its completion by March 2027. The project, being executed by the Roads and Buildings (R&B) Department under the Social Welfare Department, is aimed at strengthening educational infrastructure at one of Kashmir's oldest institutions catering to children with special needs.
