Jammu, Dec. 28 -- Senior leader Rouf Bhat on Sunday strongly condemned the administration's policy of using force to suppress peaceful protests. He also criticized the house arrest Member of Parliament MP Ruhullah Mehdi, and MLA Waheed Rahman Parra.
