Jammu, Sept. 21 -- Share Tweet Share Srinagar Sept 21 (KNS) : In an important development regarding recovery of Environmental Compensation from a construction company namely NKC Projects Pvt Ltd , the Government has informed J&K Legislative Assembly that National Highways authority of India -NHAI has been asked to recover the environmental compensation from the pending bills of the said company. This information was revealed this information in a written starred question asked by MLA Chadoora Ali Mohammad Dar.
