Jammu, Sept. 15 -- Share Tweet Share Jammu, Sep 15 (KNS): The RailOne app is gaining popularity among rail passengers in Jammu Division, with a significant number of commuters opting to book unreserved tickets through their mobile phones instead of ticket counters, officials said. According to data available as of September 14, around 17 per cent of passengers at major NSG-1 to NSG-3 category stations booked unreserved tickets through the RailOne app. At NSG-4 to NSG-6 category stations, the share was around 28 per cent, indicating a growing preference for digital ticketing among passengers, officials said.
