Jammu, May 9 -- Tasaduq Rashid Anantnag, May 9 (KNS): Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Traffic Kashmir Haseeb Ur Rehman on Saturday said civil society participation was essential to curb the growing drug menace in Jammu and Kashmir and urged people to identify and report those involved in narcotics activities. Speaking to KNS on the sidelines of a mega padyatra against drug abuse in Anantnag district, the IPS officer said the anti-drug campaign launched under the directions of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha was a major initiative that required collective public support.
