Srinagar, Feb. 11 -- A delegation from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), acting on the directives of Party President Mehbooba Mufti, visited Chinkara Mohallah in Habba Kadal on Wednesday. The area suffered a devastating fire that gutted eight residential houses.
