Jammu, Feb. 7 -- A joint conference of the Panchayat Conference Body of Bandipora, comprising District Development Council (DDC) members, Block Development Council (BDC) members, Sarpanches and Panches, held an important meeting today with noted businessman Ghulam Nabi Tantrey and his brother, prominent contractor Mushtaq Ahmad Tantrey, in Jammu.
