Srinagar, April 22 -- Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister and Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP) chief Ghulam Nabi Azad on Wednesday paid tributes to the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack on its first anniversary, asserting that Kashmir remains resilient and united in its pursuit of peace.
Remembering the 26 people killed in the "heinous" attack, Azad said in a post on X that the brutality struck at the "very soul of Kashmir".
"One year after the heinous terror attack in Pahalgam, we remember with deep sorrow the 25 innocent tourists and the brave local resident who were killed in this brutal act of violence," Azad said.
