Jammu, Aug. 4 -- Share Tweet Share Asif Malik Srinagar, Aug 4 (KNS): Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday condemned the killing of civilians in South Kashmir, asserting that no religion permits such violence and calling upon security agencies to prevent future attacks. "No religion allows you to kill innocent people. No matter how much you criticise it, no matter how many words are used against it, it will be less," CM Omar said as per news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS) on J&K Open 2026 inauguration. The chief minister also flagged the responsibility of the security establishment in the valley.
