Srinagar, May 14 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Provincial President Kashmir Showkat Mir Thursday chaired a meeting with legislators and district office bearers of District Budgam at Nawa-e-Subah Srinagar.

The meeting was attended by MLAs Ali Muhammad Dar, Saifudin Bhat, Dr. Mohammad Shafi Wani, District President Ghulam Nabi Bhat, Nazir Gogoo.

Besides discussing various public and organisational matters, it was decided that the party will kick-start its district conventions from Budgam. The first convention will be held in Budgam next Saturday.
