Srinagar, Oct. 6 -- National Conference (NC) Chief Spokesperson and MLA Zadibal, Tanvir Sadiq, said that all candidates for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections will be from the party and the alliance. He ruled out the possibility of any "outsider" being fielded for the seats.

"Maybe they have discussed among themselves, because we have a lot of great leaders," Sadiq told reporters, referring to internal party deliberations. "All the candidates will be from the National Conference, from the alliance. There will be no other candidate from outside."
